ICASL Active members and registered students with the ICASL. (Students need to pay Rs.500.00 for two years as non-refundable Library Fee)
All registered members admitted to use the Library are required to sign an undertaking to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Library. An approved ICASL Identity card must be brought to the library on each visit and must be produced to enter the library building, when books are borrowed at any other time at the request of library staff.
